After payment, your project brief and dataset are sent to your registered email within 24 hours. Check inbox and spam folder. The email contains your project topic, dataset files, evaluation criteria, and the submission email address. No dataset is shared on the website.
You have 30 days from the date of your project brief email to complete and submit. No late submissions are considered for stipends. We recommend finishing by Day 25 for buffer time. Mark your deadline the moment you receive the email.
Your completed project must be in a public GitHub repository.
Create a well-structured repo with a proper README.md explaining
your methodology, tools, and key findings. Include code, datasets, and
dashboards. A clear README improves your evaluation score significantly.
Email your public repository link to the submission address provided in your
project brief. Use subject: [Name] — [Track] Submission.
Include your LinkedIn URL as proof of following. Verify your GitHub link is
public before sending — this is your official submission.
You must follow Dream With Data Pvt. Ltd. on LinkedIn
before submitting. All result announcements, certificates, and stipend
winners are posted there first. Include your LinkedIn profile URL in the
submission email as confirmation.

Projects are judged on: Data Cleaning (missing values, outliers), Analysis Depth (quality of insights), Visualisation (clarity of charts/dashboards), Code Quality (structure and reproducibility), and README & Presentation (documentation quality).
All valid submissions received before month-end are evaluated by our data team. Results are announced on the last working day of each month via LinkedIn and email. Top 3 interns receive their cash stipend within 7 working days of announcement.
Every intern who submits a complete valid project receives an official Internship Experience Letter from Dream With Data Pvt. Ltd., regardless of rank. Certificates are issued digitally within 15 working days of the result announcement.
Deadline is strict — no exceptions. Once you receive your project brief, immediately mark Day 30 in your calendar. Use the first 3–4 days to understand the dataset and plan your approach, then the remaining time to execute, refine, and document your work before the hard deadline.
